Missy Oelke-Jorenby, LE, CLT, is the co-founder and lead aesthetician at Ethos Medical Spa in Monona, serving the greater Madison, Wisconsin area. With more than 25 years in the beauty industry and over 16 years working directly in medical aesthetics, Missy brings extensive hands-on experience in skin health, laser technology, microneedling, and advanced aesthetic treatments.

Known for an education-first approach, Missy believes patients deserve to understand not only what a treatment does, but why it works. Her work is grounded in skin physiology, treatment science, device technology, and careful patient selection. She specializes in microneedling, RF microneedling, IPL, laser hair removal, advanced facial treatments, dermaplaning, and customized skin rejuvenation.

Missy is also an oncology-certified aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician, with extensive experience working with professional skincare and energy-based devices. Her approach to treatment planning considers the skin as a whole—its condition, history, lifestyle, current routine, and long-term goals—rather than treating a single concern in isolation.

Lakaecia Zamjahn, LE, CLT, is a licensed aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician at Ethos Medical Spa with a particular talent for customized facials, waxing, and individualized skin care.

Her approach begins with listening. Rather than placing every patient into the same facial protocol, Lakaecia evaluates the skin in front of her and adapts treatment based on its condition, sensitivity, goals, and what it needs that day.

She provides customized facials, professional skincare treatments, waxing, laser services, and other aesthetic treatments within her scope of practice. Her attention to detail is especially evident in waxing, where technique, comfort, skin preparation, and aftercare can make a significant difference in the patient experience.

Lakaecia combines technical skill with a calm, approachable treatment style that makes aesthetic care feel comfortable rather than intimidating. She is also committed to continuing education and works collaboratively with the Ethos team when a patient's goals may benefit from another treatment modality or provider.

Chrysta Allender, LE, CLT, PCT, brings a unique combination of aesthetic training and clinical patient-care experience to Ethos Medical Spa.

As a licensed aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician, and Patient Care Technician, Chrysta approaches treatments with careful attention to both the technical details of the service and the comfort of the person receiving it. Her background also includes phlebotomy, an important skill within a practice offering regenerative treatments that may incorporate a patient's own blood-derived components.

Chrysta has a particular appreciation for treatments that allow patients to slow down while still supporting meaningful skin-health goals. Her treatment style is calm, methodical, and patient-focused, with an emphasis on creating an experience that feels restorative without losing sight of the science behind the service.
